摘　　要：性别问题作为21世纪三大焦点问题之一,其公平的程度影响着整个社会公平的发展。长期以来,我国社会初次分配与社会再分配关注的重点是效率,而公平则处于边缘地位,导致了两性在社会中的严重不平等。改变这一不平等的事实,需要公共政策的支持与引导,同时也是国家政府义不容辞的责任和义务。Gender as one of the three focuses of the 21st century,the fair degree of it impacts on the equitable development of the whole society.For a long time,our society and social redistribution of the initial distribution focus on efficiency,and equity are marginalized,leading to a serious gender inequalities in society.To change the fact that this inequality needs support and guide from the public policy,and is also incumbent upon national governments and obligations.
