摘　　要：本钢6#(2850m3)高炉于2008年11月2日采用回收煤气、炉顶打水降温空料线将料面降到风口中心线以下,并成功利用软探尺、炉顶和除尘器煤气曲线CO2相结合准确判断料线深度和料面位置,整个过程实现了安全、顺利、快速停炉。NO.6 BF of BX STEEL adopt the reclaim coal gas ,the blowing-out operation with descending stockline ,and success make use of the soft stock-line , the furnace top and dust catcher coal gas curve CO2 accurately judgment the stock-line depth and the position of charge level, entire process having realized safety, smooth, and rapidly.
