摘　　要：为了获取金属熔滴喷射沉积制造工艺中零件STL模型的切片轮廓数据,提出了分区划分、追踪求交的分层处理算法,获得了较好的分层处理效果。依据金属熔滴喷射沉积工艺特点,采用基于曲率的判别算法对切片轮廓数据进行优化处理,并利用优化后的轮廓数据进行熔滴沉积试验,沉积结果和模型的切片轮廓与三维模型比较一致,验证了该切片轮廓数据获取方案的正确性与可行性。In order to procure the accurate slice profile data of STL model in metal droplet deposition manufacturing, a new algorithm for sectoring partition and tracking intersection was put forward to layer the model perfectly. According to the characteristics of droplet deposition process, slice profile data was optimized based on the curvature algorithm. The slice contours, the 3D model and the results of the droplet deposition experiment are in a good accordance. The experimental results validate the correctness and feasibility of the above algorithms.
