摘 要:分析了无线传感器网络在机械振动监测应用中所需要解决的关键技术,对无线传感器网络的数据传输机制、网内时间同步机制以及数据传输的可靠性等方面进行了研究,形成了测振传感器与无线传感器节点相结合的监测模式,根据该监测模式构建实验平台进行了振动信号实测实验,并与有线振动信号测试分析方式进行了对比分析,结果表明,基于无线传感器网络的振动监测模式可以满足机械振动监测应用的基本要求。Some key technologies of wireless sensor networks (WSN) for mechanical vibration monitoring were discussed. The multi--sink based transport protocol, time synchronization mechanism and reliable transmission control protocol of WSN were studied for mechanical vibration monitoring. A kind of WSN vibration monitoring pattern was presented by combination with exiting sensor and Micaz motes. An experimental platform based on the proposed pattern was constructed to measure the mechanical vibration. Compared with the vibration data of the same condition acquired by the wired multi--channel signal acquisition system based on USB2.0, the vibration data acquired by WSN based on the proposed pattern is correct. The WSN based on the proposed pattern for mechanical vibration monitoring can meet the basic requirements of mechanical vibration monitoring applications.
