摘 要:目的研究酸性氧化电位水空气消毒效果的影响因素。方法采用正交设计试验和平板沉降法采样,对酸性氧化电位水气溶胶喷雾杀菌效果影响因素进行了实验室观察。结果酸性氧化电位水浓度对其杀灭空气中细菌效果影响最大,环境空气相对湿度影响亦比较明显。作用时间和环境温度也显示出一定的影响。结论酸性氧化电位水作为空气消毒的决定因素是浓度和相对湿度,作用时间和环境温度影响较小。Objective To investigate the factors influencing efficacy of electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) in disinfection of air. Methods Orthogonal experimental design and bacteria sampling with plate settlement method were used to investigate the factors influencing the efficacy of aerosol spray of EOW in disinfection of air. Results Concentration of EOW affected the efficacy in killing air bacteria most significantly, environmental humidity also affected the efficacy apparently, contact time and environmental temperature showed some influence. Conclusion Critical factors influencing efficacy of EOW in disinfection are concentration and relative humidity, while contact time and environmental temperature are less important.
