摘  要:目的了解乙醇复方手消毒液的消毒性能及毒性,评价其杀菌效果及安全性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验方法对该消毒剂进行杀菌效果和使用安全性评价。结果乙醇含量为75%的手消毒液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌分别作用0.5、1.0和1.5 min,杀灭对数值均≥5.00。手消毒现场试验,以其原液擦拭作用1 min,对手上自然菌的杀灭率在90%以上。该洗手液对小鼠经口毒性试验LD50大于5000 mg/kg(体重);多次接触动物完整皮肤刺激试验积分为0;对小鼠骨髓多染红细胞无致微核作用。结论该乙醇复方手消毒液对细菌繁殖体、真菌具有很好的杀灭作用,属实际无毒性,对完整皮肤无刺激性。Objective To explore toxicity and disinfection function of glycerol - alcohol hand - washing solution, and evaluate its germicidal efficacy and safety. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test were used to evaluate the germicidal efficacy and safety of the hand - washing solution. Results The killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia cob and Candida albicans exposed to the hand - washing solution containing 75% alcohol for 0.5 min, 1.0 min and 1.5 min were ≥5.00. In field trial of disinfection of hand. Wiping the hand with the stock solution of the hand - washing for 1 min killed more than 90% of natural bacteria on hand. The LD50 of this hand - washing solution in mouse oral toxicity test was higher than 5000 mg/kg · bw. Its cumulative score in skin irritation test by repeated contact with intact skin was 0 and it did not cause micronucleus formation in mouse bone marrow polychronatic erythrocytes. Conclusion This hand - washing solution has good killing effect on vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi, and is nontoxic, and not irritating to intact skin.
