南方地区持物镊干燥无菌保存效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究南方地区气候条件下持物镊干燥无菌保存效果。方法在使用过程中采样,用无菌试验方法对南方某三甲医院不同季节和不同时间段干燥保存无菌持物镊进行了检验。结果使用中无菌持物镊干式保存4 h内采样检验无菌生长,保存6 h后细菌阳性率为3.7%。冬季干式保存无菌持物镊细菌阳性率明显少于其他季节;春季干式保存无菌持物镊细菌阳性率低于夏季秋季。用戊二醛保存的无菌持物镊取出后不用无菌水冲洗,在3 d内检测无菌生长;无菌持物镊取出用无菌水冲洗后使用,保存8 d内检测无菌生长。结论南方地区任何季节使用干保存无菌持物镊,只能保持4 h无菌;戊二醛溶液湿式保存可延长保存时间。Objective To study the efficacy of dry aseptic preservation of holding forceps under the climate condition in southern areas. Method Samples were collected during use of the holding forceps. The aseptic test method was used to examine the drily preserved aseptic holding forceps from a first class of third - grade hospital in south area in different periods and different seasons. Results No bacterial growth was found in drily preserved aseptic holding forceps within 4 hours of preservation during their use. After preservation for 6 hours, the bacterial positive rate was 3.7%. The bacterial positive rate of the drily preserved aseptic holding forceps in winter was significantly lower than that in other seasons and that in spring was lower than that in summer and autumn. No bacteria grew on aseptic holding forceps preserved in glutaraldehyde and unwashed with aseptic water in 3 days, while no bacteria grew on aseptic holding forceps preserved in glutaraldehyde and washed with aseptic water in 8 days. Conclusions When dry preservation of aseptic holding forceps is used in any season in southern area, the aseptic condition could be kept only for 4 hours. The wet preservation with glutaraldehyde could extend the preservation time.
