摘 要:目的了解杭州地区部分口腔诊疗单位综合治疗台水道污染情况和控制措施。方法采用现场问卷调查和采样检测方法,对杭州地区口腔科医院及诊所综合治疗台水道等用水污染情况进行了调查。结果在所调查的口腔医院诊所中,三级甲等医院口腔科综合治疗台水道平均细菌总数达9 283.3±9 034.1 cfu/ml;二级甲等医院综合治疗台水道细菌总数为40 821.5±33 669.8 cfu/ml,一级医院污染细菌总数为85 299.0±16 970.3 cfu/ml,私人诊所平均细菌总数为129 283.3±59 087.8 cfu/ml。在检出的细菌中,厌氧菌总数为29.5±40.0 cfu/ml,大肠杆菌总数为1 981.3±2 266.6 cfu/ml,霉菌总数为2 369.5±1 068.6 cfu/ml。结论杭州地区口腔诊疗单位综合治疗台水道污染严重,没有确实有效的防控措施。Objective To understand watercourse pollution of comprehensive treatment table and the control measures in some Hangzhou stomatological clinics. Methods Questionnaire survey and on - the - spot sampling examination methods were used to investigate the pollutiooon situation of watercourse of comprehensive treatment unit in stomatology hospitals and cllinics of Hangzhou. Results Among the stomatological hospitals and clinics investigated, the average total bacteria count of watercourse of comprehensive treatment unit was 9 283.3 ± 9 034.1 cfu/ml in first class of third - grade hospital 40 821. 5 ±33 669.8 cfu/ml in first class of second - grade hospital, 85 299.0 ± 16 970.3 cfu/ml in first - grade hospital, and 129 283.3 ±59 087.8 cfu/ml in private clinic. In the bacteria detected, the total count of anaerobic bacteria was 29.5±40.0 cfu/ml, the total count of Escherichia coli was 1 981.3 ± 2 266.6 cfu/ml, and total count of fungi was 2 369.5 ± 1 068.6 cfu/ml. Conclusion The watercourse of comprehensive treatment unit in stomatological clinics of Hangzhou was seriously polluted and there was no effective control measures.
