摘 要:目的了解温州市托幼机构预防性消毒工作现状,以便改进和提高托幼机构卫生管理水平。方法采用问卷调查和抽样检测方法对温州市部分托幼机构卫生消毒现状进行了调查。结果温州市托幼机构均配备有保健医师和保育员。托幼机构的餐饮具和物体表面卫生质量合格率分别为93.15%和81.58%;室内空气,保教人员手卫生质量合格率分别为69.70%和51.32%。消毒用紫外线灯辐射强度合格率为35.90%,桶装饮用水质量合格率仅为10%。结论温州市部分托幼机构室内空气卫生质量较差,饮用水卫生质量必须限期改进。Objective To know the present situation of preventive disinfection in nurseries and kindergartens of Wenzhou City in order to improve and enhance the sanitary management level. Methods The present situation of sanitary disinfection was investigated by questionnaire and sampling examination methods. Results All nurseries and kindergartens had health - care physicians and nurses. The qualified rates of tableware and subject surfaces were 93.15% and 81.58% respectively, the qualified rates of indoor air, hands of health - care personnel were 69.70% and 51.32% respectively. The eligibile rate of radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamps was 35.90%. The qualified rate of bottled drinking water was only 10%. Conclusions The sanitary quality of indoor air was poor in some nurseries and kindergartens of Wenzhou City. The sanitary quality of bottled drinking water must be improved in specified time.
