摘 要:目的:探讨电话随访在提高中青年冠心病患者遵医行为中的作用。方法:将60例经皮冠状动脉造影确诊为冠心病的中青年患者随机分为研究组和对照组各30例,在住院期间均给予系统的健康教育,出院时给予出院健康指导并确定患者掌握指导内容。出院后对研究组进行定期电话随访等院外护理干预措施,而对照组不施加任何措施,比较两组患者的遵医率及再入院率。结果:研究组对冠心病常识、药物治疗、危险因素、饮食和运动疗法等遵医行为明显优于对照组(P<0.01);疾病复发率、住院率明显降低,两组再入院率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中青年冠心病患者的发病有其特殊性,由专科护士电话对其随访,对患者的遵医行为起到重要作用,能提高中青年患者自我管理疾病的能力,降低再入院率。Objective : To explore the effect of telephone follow - up on the compliance behavior of young and middle - aged patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 60 young and middle - aged patients who were diagnosed of coronary heart disease by pereutaneous coronary angiography were randomly divided into study and control groups (30 cases for each group). The patients in both groups were given systematic health education during hospitalization and given health guidance when they were discharged from hospital and we made sure that the patients had grasped the contents of health guidance. The regular telephone follow - up and nursing interventions outside the hospital were applied to the discharged patients in study group and no measures were taken in control group. The rates of compliance and readmission were compared between the two groups. Results: The compliance behaviors of the patients in following health guidance on coronary heart disease, medication, control of risk factors, diet and exercise therapy were much better in study group than that in control group ( P 〈0.01 ) ; recurrence rate of the disease and admission rate were significantly lower, and there was statistically significant difference in the comparison of readmission rate between the two groups (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The incidence of coronary heart disease in young and middle -aged patients has its own particularity and telephone follow - up provided by the nurse in this specialty plays an important role in improving patient's compliance behaviors, and the improved compliance behavior of the patients can enhance their ability of managing the disease so as to reduce readmission rate.
