铁路运输业行政垄断问题研究的必要性分析——基于对已有相关文献的梳理

摘　　要：国内外学者虽然已经从多个角度对铁路运输业进行了研究,并取得了大量的可供参考的学术成果。但通过对前人有关铁路运输业的研究成果进行梳理,发现对铁路运输业行政垄断问题的研究并不多见,该方面的系统研究更是接近于空白,因此,对我国铁路运输业的行政垄断进行深入研究具有重要的理论价值。Scholars from home and abroad have studied the railway transport industry from various angles and have produced a lot of academic achievements for our reference. Through arranging the former research results on railway transport industry, find that studies on the administrative monopoly in railway transport industry are rare and systematic researches are closing to nonexistent at all. Therefore, make an intensive study on administrative monopoly in Chinese railway transport industry has important theoretical value.
