摘　　要：随着我国高校学分制的实行,大学生闲暇时间越来越多。闲暇时间对于大学生是把双刃剑,作为高校思想政治教育工作者,必须抓住大学生闲暇时间,充分开展"闲暇教育",提高思想政治教育的有效性,提升大学生的综合素质与能力。With the implementation of the credit system in institutions of higher education in our country, undergraduates have more and more leisure time. Leisure time is a double - edged sword for undergraduates. Ideological and political education workers in institutions of higher education must grasp undergraduates＇ leisure time, develop leisure education fully, enhance the effectivity of ideological and political education, and advance the comprehensive quality andcompetence.
