摘  要:对矿用牙轮钻头用钢20CrNiMo制定了不同的渗碳表面含碳量和淬火硬度,分别与不同淬火硬度下的滚柱材料55SiMoV钢进行滚动磨损试验。正交试验得出了影响耐磨性的主次因素和优化的热处理技术指标,并分析了试样表面磨损形貌。结果表明,影响摩擦副耐磨性的主次关系依次为:55SiMoV淬火硬度,20CrNiMo淬火硬度,20CrNiMo表面碳含量;最佳热处理指标为:20CrNiMo表面碳含量和淬火硬度分别为0.85%和61.3 HRC,55SiMoV淬火为硬度59.9 HRC。依此,提出了实际的应用热处理技术指标范围。Confirm different carbon contents and different quenching hardness for the mining roller bits with 20CrNiMo steel, and the different roller bits are arranged to carry out the rolling abrasion tests with 55SiMo V steel rollers, which have different quenching hardness. The orthogonal test obtains primary and secondary factors influencing wear resistance and the optimized heat-treatment index, and analyzes surface wear features. The results show that the primary and secondary factors influencing wear resistance are separately quenching hardness of 55SiMoV steels, quenching hardness of 2OCrNiMo steel and surface carbon content of 2OCrNiMo steel, and the optimization parameters are 0.85% surface carbon content and 61.3 HRC quenching hardness of 2OCrNiMo steel and ,59. 9HRC quenching hardness of 55SiMoV steel. According to this, the paper proposes the application heat-treatment indicating range.
