摘 要:研究了输送机的横向振动特性,目的是避免输送带发生共振,所以必须求解输送带横向振动固有频率。针对回空分支平型带,把输送带简化成两对边简支另两边自由(S—F—S—F)的正交各向异性矩形板。利用弹性薄板理论,研究了输送带在纵向张力作用下的横向振动问题。根据板的对称性,运用了叠加原理,把方程展成重级数形式,建立了边界条件(S—F—S—F)下的叠加解,导出了输送带的固有频率计算公式最后,通过算例与单三角级数解法进行了比较,两组数据非常接近,证明了该方法的有效性。In order to avoid the belt resonance, the transverse vibration characteristics of the belt conveyor are researched. So the lateral vibration inherent frequency of the belt must be solved. Contraposing the flat belt of haulback branch, it is simplified to an orthotropic rectangular plate which has two simply supported opposite edges and other two free edges(S-F-S-F). The transverse vibration of the belt under the action of longitudinal tension is researched by using the theory of the elastic thin plate. According to the symmetry of the plate, the equation is showed into the form of double series by using the superposition principle. And the superposition solution are established on the boundary conditions(S-F-S-F). The calculating formula of the natural frequency of the belt is derived. Finally. a comparison between the single triangular series solution and the formula is carried through examples. Two sets of data are very close, so the effectiveness of this method is proved.
