摘  要:从功耗学说、破碎概率及碎矿粒度上阐明多碎少磨的理论依据。研究结果显示,破碎的能耗远小于磨矿的能耗,且破碎的概率又远大于磨矿的破碎概率,可以降低碎矿粒度,提高生产能力,改善磨矿效果,因而实行多碎少磨较为合理。在实际应用中,随着碎矿粒度的减小,磨机生产能力提高了52.82%,电耗下降36.34%,球耗降低12.70%,增产降耗效果显著。The theoretical basis of more crushing and less grinding has been clarified from power consumption theory, crushing probability and granularity. The results show that the consumption in crushing is far less than in grinding while the crushing probability is far greater than the grinding, and it could have granularity decreased, productivity increased and grinding effects improved. So this method is more reasonable. Meanwhile, the mill productivity has increased by 52.82%, electricit), consumption has decreased by 36.34%, ball consumption has decreased by 12.70% and the better effects of production increasing and consumption decreasing are obvious with granularity reduced in practice.
