摘 要:研究了高铬铸铁-低合金钢双金属复合锤头的组织、性能及镶铸复合铸造工艺。锤头锤端采用高铬铸铁,硬度高,耐磨性好;锤柄采用中碳低合金钢,韧性好,且具有一定的硬度,采用型内感应预热锤柄工艺保证锤柄锤头结合良好,使用安全可靠。与高锰钢锤头相比,使用寿命提高4倍左右。Abstract: This article studies the hammerhead composition and property and the liquidsolid inlaying compounding casting technique of the duplex metal composition hammer with high-chromium iron and low alloyed steel. The high-chromium iron is used for the hammer-head and it characterizes high hardness and good wearing resistance. The hammer beam is made from the low alloyed steel with medium carbon and it characterizes good toughness and certain hardness. The hammer beam technique of the internal induction preheating ensures the better combination of the hammerhead and the head beam and the safe and reliable operation. Compared with high-chromium hammerhead, its service life is about 4 times higher than the high-chromium.
