摘  要:试样的金属矿物主要为磁铁矿、褐铁矿和赤铁矿,主要脉石矿物为石英和赤铁矿被包裹在褐铁矿中,属于难选矿石。针对矿石的性质,采用了两段连续磨矿—弱磁选—强磁选—正浮选联合选别流程。在原矿品位32.67%的条件下,可得到品位为61.6%,回收率为68.05%的铁精矿和总尾矿品位为16.39%的良好分选指标。In a sample, the metallic mineral components mainly are of magnetite, limonite and hematite, and the main gangue mineral components are of quartz and hematite which both are enwrapped in the limonite. It is referred to as a difficult-to-separate ore. Ahning at the character of the iron ore, a combined separation flow is adopted, i.e., two-stage continuous grinding→low- intensity magnetic separation (LIMS)→high - intensity magnetic separation(HIMS)→positive .potation. In such a way, the iron concentrate is obtained with good beneficiation index: the ferrous content is 61.6%; the recovery is of 68.05% and the general ferrous content in tailing is 16.39%, on condition that the iron content in rude ore is 32.67%.
