摘 要:为实现对下肢脉搏信号进行实时、连续、无创的监测,设计了基于血流多普勒测量脉搏及血压系统。用Cignal公司生产的内部含有A/D和D/A转换的C8051单片机简化电路;将USB20C模块与单片机相连,以满足生物医学信号的高速与实时数据传输,使脉搏信号能直接显示在计算机上显示。该系统可通过计算机上显示的脉搏信号来测量血压,克服了国普通听诊器难以听到肢体远端动脉的血流而不能用于测量肢体远端血压的缺点。In order to monitor the pulse signals timely,non-invasively and continuously,we designed a lower limbs pulse and blood pressure measuring system based on blood flow ultrasonic Doppler. The single chip microcomputer C8051 was used as main controller and processor,which is made by Cignal company and is of 12 bit A/D and 10 bit D/A, that simplified the design of the electrical circuit. Linking single chip microcontroller with USB20C module improved the communication rate and high reliability, which satisfied the demand of transmitting the biology signals real-timely. Because it' s difficult to bear the sound of blood flow from the far limbs with normal stethoscopes, normal stethoscopes can not measure the blood pressure of the far limbs. However with this system, we can measure the blood pressure by the pulse signals, which can be directly shown on computer.
