摘　　要：从医院领导的角度,结合鼓楼医院发展和管理实际,对有关医院科学发展的六个关系或六对矛盾进行哲学思考。论述了硬件建设和软件建设的关系;社会效益和经济效益的关系;医院愿景和年度目标的关系;务虚和务实的关系;医院内外的关系;管理和创新的关系。In view of hnspital leadership and combined with the status of development and management in Gulou Hospital. Six pairs of contradictions relating to hospital scientific development were discussed. The six pairs of contradictions included the relalionship of hardware construction and software construction, relationship of social benefit and economic benefit relationship of hospital vision and goals, relationship of retreal and pragmatic, relationship of internal and external, relationship of management and innovation.
