摘  要:目的:探索医院门诊患者的退号率、退号规律、影响退号的主要因素,从而采取相应的措施。方法:通过研究某三甲医院2008年上半年的门诊数据,对影响患者退号的主要因素进行Logistic回归分析,并对所有数据分析采用SPSS12.0进行处理。结果:该院的门诊患者退号率为7.1%,与国内其他医院的患者退号率相当。患者退号主要与门诊收费体制、年龄、所挂号别、就诊次数有关,与挂号员挂号熟练度、患者性别、是否急诊患者无关。结论:通过采取提高挂号人员医学素质,改进预诊分诊制度,启用电子分诊系统等措施可以降低门诊患者的退号率。Objectives: To explore outpatient non-attenda:nee rate, non-attendance rule and its main factors. Methods: Data were selected in a tertiary hospital in first half of 2008. Main factors influencing outpatient non-attendance were analyzed hy Logistie regression model in SPSS 12.0 software. Results: The nun-attendance rate of the hospital is 7. 1%.There is no difference in nun-attendance rate between sited hospital and other hospitals in China. Logistic regression analysis shows that uutpalienl non-attendane+e related tu outpatient attendance system, age, outpatient service type and the number of outpatient visits+ It was not related to staff' s proficiency, sex and emergency service. Conclusions: By promoting staff' s professional quality, improving triage system for pre-diagnosis and using Electronic triage system can decrease uutpatient nun-attendance rate.
