摘  要:在人工点滴输液方式中,对输液速度的测量和控制很不方便,基于此,提出一种新型智能输液速度测控装置。该装置采用红外光电传感器实现了对液滴及液位的测量,并利用共集电极放大电路及电容滤波和迟滞比较电路对信号进行处理。该系统能实现输液速度的计算和显示,以及输液过程中人为的强制报警和输液结束时的自动报警功能。该设计成品整体结构新颖、体积小、操作方便。试运行结果表明耗电少、使用安全可靠。To overcome the shortages of fluid measurement and speed control of transfusion in the therapy, an intelligent speed control system for transfusion is present. The device is the use of infrared photoelectric sensor to achieve the measurement of droplet and the liquid level, and use a total collector capacitance amplifier circuit, filtering circuit and hysteresis comparision circuit in order to realize signal processing. The system is able to achieve the fluid speed of calculation and display, as well as forced alarm at the process of transfusion and automatic alarm at the end of transfusion. The main structure is of character novel design and small size easy to operate, and the test results show that the system has the following advantages, such as less power consumption and safe and reliable usage.
