摘  要:目的建立工作场所空气中三甲基氯化锡(TMT)的衍生化气相色谱-质谱联用测定方法。方法工作场所空气中TMT用去离子水作为吸收液采集,用四乙基硼酸钠衍生化成三甲基乙基锡,用正己烷萃取,以毛细管色谱柱分离,质谱离子选择模式(SIM)定性和定量检测。结果TMT浓度在0.005-0.518 mg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 8,最低检出浓度为0.003 mg/m3(采集工作场所空气7.5 L)。相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.0%-1.8%,样品回收率为98.0%-101.0%,平均采样效率为98.6%,样品在室温中至少可保存7 d。结论该方法灵敏度高,结果可靠,操作简便,可用于工作场所空气中TMT的检测。Objective To establish a method for the determination of trimethyltin chloride (TMT) in the air of workplace by derivatization gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Methods After collected with deionized water,TMT was derivatized with sodium tetraethylborate to form tetraethyltin, and then the derivative product was extracted with n-hexane, separated by capillary column and detected by GC-MS ( SIM ). Results The linear range of method was 0. 005 - 0. 518 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 8, the lowest detection concentration was 0. 003 mg/m^3 , with the relative standard deviation (RSD) 1.0% - 1.8% and the recovery rates 98. 0% - 101.0%. The average sampling efficiency was 98.6%. Samples could be saved in room temperature for at least 7 days. Conclusion The method is sensitive, reliable, easy to operate, and can be used to determine TMT in the air of workplace.
