摘　　要：我室按文献１的方法将Ｄｉｇ与ＢＳＡ偶联，制成完全抗原，然后用该抗原多次，多位点免疫家免５＋月，获得高特异性高效价的地高辛（Ｄｉｇ）抗体。抗Ｄｉｇ可用于Ｄｉｇ标记的所有的核酸。We conjugated the hapten of digoxin coualently to the protein carrier of bovine serum albumin(BSA) and got the digoxin BSA conjuates according to the method in reference 1. The rabbits then,were immuniged at regular intervals with digoxin BSA conjugates in conylete Freund's adyuvant mixture For more then Five monthes,and got the high specific and high titer antidigoxin antiboding.
