摘 要:利用凯氏定氮法和分光光度法分别测定宜州桑叶中的蛋白质和硒含量,结果表明:宜州桑叶蛋白质平均含量约为其鲜重的19.2%,与其他地区桑叶蛋白含量基本一致;桑叶中硒含量平均值为85.45mg/kg,远高于普通植物和其他地区桑叶中硒含量的水平。因此,宜州桑叶极具开发利用价值。分光光度法测定桑叶硒含量,成本低,简单易行,结果可靠。In this paper, the protein and selenium content in mulberry leaves which collected from Yizhou city in Guangxi are detected by Kjeldahl Method and speetrophotometry respectively. The results show that the average content of protein in mulberry leaves is about 19.2% of its fresh weight. It is nearly the same as that of the other regions. The average content of selenium in mulberry leaves produced in Yizhou is 85.45 mg/kg, which is much higher than that of the common plants and mulberry leaves planted in other areas. Therfore it has very important value for the development and utilization of mulberry leaves in Yizhou. The method of selenium determination by spectrophotometry is simple, precise and reproducible with low cost.
