蛋鸡大肠杆菌病的诊断

摘　　要：为了对蛋鸡大肠杆菌病进行准确诊断,对某蛋鸡养殖场蛋鸡发生的疑似鸡大肠杆菌病进行了流行病学调查、病理剖检观察和细菌分离鉴定。结果表明:83.33%(5/6)为革兰氏阴性杆菌,生化试验鉴定为大肠杆菌,常见抗菌素药物敏感试验该菌对盐酸沙拉沙星和氨苄西林钠比较敏感。建议选用敏感药物治疗蛋鸡大肠杆菌病。The epidemiology investigation, pathological anatomy observation, and bacteria isolation and identification of the suspected chicken colon bacillus disease in a chicken farm were carried out to correctly diagnose the disease in laying hens. The results showed that 83.33%（5/6） of identified Bacteria was Gram-negatice bacteria which was identified as colon bacillus. Sarafloxacin hydrochloride and Ampicillin sodium should be used in therapy of chicken colon bacillus in laying hens by the antibiotic drug sensitivity test.
