敌百虫急性染毒对贵州白香猪的影响

摘　　要：用10头贵州白香猪分为空白对照组(3头)和试验组(7头),试验组分别按5 000 mg/kg体重(1头)、3 000 mg/kg体重(1头)2、000 mg/kg体重(2头)、1 000 mg/kg体重(3头)经口灌胃一次染毒,从急性毒性效应、临床中毒症状、血液生理生化指标变化3个方面探讨敌百虫对贵州白香猪的急性毒性作用。结果表明:敌百虫对贵州白香猪的最小致死量(Dn)为1 000 mg/kg体重,全致死量(Dm)为2 000 mg/kg体重。同时探讨了大剂量、长期接触敌百虫可能引起动物免疫功能下降及血循状况改变,进而严重危害机体健康。Control group（3 heads）and experiment group （7 heads） of Guizhou White Xiang Pigs in 10 heads were divided. Oral intragastric with dose of 5000mg/kg, 3000 mg/kg, 2000 mg/kg, and 1000 mg/ kg body weight of Trichlorfon, respectively infected the pigs to study the aeute toxicity effects in White Xiang pigs through acute toxicity effects, clinical symptoms, and changes of physical and biochemical indices in blood. Results showed that the minimum maximum lethal dose was 2000mg/kg body weight. contact with Trichlorfon could decrease the animal harmfully affect health of animals. lethal dose was 1000 mg/kg body weight, while The paper also found that high dose, long-term immune function, and blood cycle status change,harmfully affect health of animals.
