河南银杏核用品种种核特征比较研究

摘　　要：对河南银杏主产区10个银杏栽培品种的种核形态、种核性状、各性状之间的相关系数、种仁可溶性蛋白质含量等进行比较分析。结果表明,不同品种种核性状变异程度不同,核型指数对提高产量有重要意义,不同品种间种仁可溶性蛋白质含量差异较大,有一定的育种潜力。The kernel morphology and characters of 10 Ginkgo biloba varieties, correlation coefficients between different characters and nucleolus soluble protein content were analyzed in Henan province. The results showed that there was difference in variation degree of kernel shape among 10 varieties, the index of kernel shape had an important significance to increase yield, and there was very difference in nucleolus soluble protein content among 10 varieties. These varieties can be used in breeding of Ginkgo biloba.
