摘　　要：目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病住院患者的护理方法。方法对81例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期住院患者采取一系列护理措施,观察治疗效果,总结护理经验。结果通过综合治疗以及护理,好转79例,死亡2例,好转率为97.5%。结论合理的护理对改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病住院患者的生活质量起了重要的作用。Objective To investigate the nursing methods for the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods Eighty-one COPD in-patients in acute period were given a series of nursing measures, observed on therapeutic effects to summarize the nursing experience. Results Using comprehensive treatment and nursing, 79 cases were improved and 2 cases were died. The improving rate was 97. 5%. Conclusion Optimal nursing plays an vital role in improving COPD in-patients＇ life quality.
