散结抗瘤方对S180荷瘤小鼠肿瘤抑制和免疫调节作用

摘　　要：目的观察散结抗瘤方对S180荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤抑制作用及其免疫调节作用。方法建立小鼠移植S180肉瘤模型。随机分为荷瘤对照组、环磷酰胺(CTX)组、散结抗瘤方组、散结抗瘤方加CTX组(联合组)。连续给药15 d后处死小鼠,计算其抑瘤率及胸腺和脾脏指数,并观察肿瘤组织的病理改变。结果荷瘤对照组的肿瘤生长迅速,散结抗瘤方组和CTX组肿瘤生长受到抑制(P均<0.05),而且二者合用时抑瘤效果更显著(P<0.01);与CTX组比较,散结抗瘤方组和联合组胸腺指数、脾脏指数均有提高。结论散结抗瘤方不仅可以抑制肿瘤生长,还对胸腺、脾脏有保护作用,具有良好的免疫调节作用。Objective It is to observe the inhibiting tumor action of Sanjiekangliufang on bearing S180 cancer mice and its immune regulation action, Methods The models of mice bearing transplantation S180 sarcoma were established and randomly divided into bearing cancer control group, Cyclophosphamide （CTX） group, Sanjiekangliufang group and Sanjiekangliufang combined with CTX group （combination group）. The mice were killed after successive medication for 15 d. The inhibiting tumor rate, thymus index and spleen index were computed and the pathological changes of tumor tissue were observed. Results The tumor growth in bearing cancer control group was quick and that in Sanjiekangliufang group and CTX group was received inhibiting （ P 〈 0.05）, and the inhibiting tumor effect was more significant in combination group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with CTX group, the thymus index and the spleen index in Sanjiekangliufang group and combination group were all heightened. Conclusion Sanjiekangliufang not only can inhibit tumor growth, but also has protective action on thymus and spleen and has satisfactory immune regulation action.
