摘 要:根据水平井钻井完井液滤液侵入储层损害机理,从相渗流模型、多元参数回归模型、表皮模型、油藏数值模拟技术和固相侵入损害模型几个方面,概述了钻井完井液滤液侵入和固相颗粒侵入损害数值模拟技术的研究进展。指出了目前的研究主要集中在中渗孔隙型和高渗孔隙型储层中滤液侵入数学模型的建立及模拟方面,而且关于内滤饼形成和初始滤失期间侵入储层深部的固相颗粒对储层损害程度、损害分布和生产返排影响的研究还不够充分,还缺乏针对裂缝性致密储层钻井完井液侵入动态损害的模拟研究;强调水平井侵入损害的动态模拟在充分考虑到钻井完井液的浸泡时间、储层非均质性、钻具偏心运动和重力作用等因素的影响的同时,应该重视水平井裂缝性、致密储层的动态损害的模型研究,特别是固相颗粒的侵入,对滤液损害动态及返排恢复过程的影响的模拟研究。This paper discusses the research progresses made in numerical simulation of reservoir damage caused by filtrate and solids invasion in several aspects,such as multiphase flow through porous media,multi-parameter regression,skin damage and reservoir numerical simulation.All these discussion was based on reservoir damage caused by drill-in fluid in horizontal wells.Presently studies are mainly concentrated on the construction of math model and simulation of filtrate invasion in intermediate and high permeability formations,while the reservoir damage caused by the generation of interior mud cakes and deep invasion of solids from spurt loss,the distribution of the damage,as well as the influence of the damage on well flowback are not well studied.Simulation study on the dynamic damage to fractured dense reservoir caused by drill-in fluid is very rare.It was emphasized that the dynamic simulation of invasion damage in horizontal wells should fully take into account the contact time of drill-in fluid with formation,reservoir heterogeneity,the eccentricity of drill strings,and gravity force.Furthermore,the simulation of the relation between invasion damage and flowback should be stressed.
