摘 要:通过室外盆栽试验,测定比较5个甘蔗新品系和ROC22的净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、气孔导度(Gs)水分利用率(WUE)等光合参数,旨在从光合生理方面筛选高光合作用、低耗水量的甘蔗品种。研究结果表明,桂糖99/181、桂糖99/1107和ROC22光合能力较强,柳城03/196和ROC22水分利用率较高。桂糖99/181、桂糖99/1107和ROC22可作为育种的高光效亲本使用。The present study was conducted to evaluate the sugarcane genotypes for high photosynthesis and water use efficiency (WUE) characters. The net photosynthetic rate (Pn), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), stomatal conductance (Gs) and WUE, etc., were analyzed in six sugarcane genotypes viz., Liucheng 04/382, Liucheng 03/182, Liucheng 03/ 196, Guitang 99/181, Guitang 99/1107 and ROC22 (check) using pot culture under outdoor conditions. The results showed that Guitang 99/181, Guitang 99/1107 and ROC22 had higher photosynthetic capacity, while in case of the water use efficiency, ROC22 and Liucheng 03/196 performed better. The sugarcane genotypes viz., Guitang 99/181, Guitang 99/ 1107 and ROC22 may be used as parents for breeding commercial cane varieties with high photosynthetic efficiency.
