摘  要:调查分析了2005~2008年广西桂中蚕种场、柳城县蚕种场蚕种生产大环境中微孢子虫的污染情况。结果表明,蚕种生产环境被微孢子虫污染的情况在逐年加重,桑园、桑叶是微孢子病原的重要污染源;同一年内生产环境中微孢子虫的检出情况,总体上呈现出上半年微孢子虫检出率稍高于下半年的现象;野外昆虫微孢子虫检出率呈上升趋势,其严重程度与蚕种发生微粒子病关系密切;环境消毒可以有效杀灭大环境中的微孢子虫,大幅度降低环境中微孢子虫的分布机率。因此,应定期或不定期使用有效药物加强对蚕种生产环境的彻底消毒,可降低环境中微孢子虫的分布机率;而采取桑叶消毒可降低家蚕食下传染微粒子病的机会,达到有效控制蚕种生产微粒子病发生的效果。The pollution threats from microsporidia in large scale silkworm egg production environment of Guangxi Guizhong Silkworm Egg Farm and Liucheng Sericullure Extension Center was investigated and analyzed during 2005 to 2008. The results showed that problems from microsporidia pollution in large scale silkworm egg production environment were increasing year by year. Mulberry orchard and leaf had become severe pollution source of microsporidia pathogen. The detection rate of microsporidia from other wild insects showed an increasing trend, and its severity was closely related to the microsporidia pollution in silkworm egg. The disinfection of environment could effectively kill microsporidia and decrease the distribution of microsporidia. Therefore, the silkworm egg production environment should be disinfected chemically to decrease the distribution of microsporidia and effectively control the occurrence of pebrine in silkworm egg production.
