摘 要:目的了解尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(N-acetyl—b-D-glucosaminidase NAG)在慢性肾脏病(CKD)流行病学调查中的应用价值。方法在浦东新区梅园街道,随机抽取20岁以上共151人,填写调查问卷表并进行血压、血糖、尿白蛋白/肌酐比、尿NAG测定,应用SPSS11.5统计分析软件进行统计学处理。结果48人尿NAG升高,占31.6%。尿NAG在老年人中活性较高。尿NAG浓度在微量白蛋白尿组明显高于正常组。糖尿病组尿NAG较无糖尿病组高。单因素方差分析显示男性较女性尿NAG活性升高(P值均小于0.05)。结论尿NAG检测有助于早期CKD和糖尿病早期肾损伤的筛查。Objective To conduct the application value of urinary NAG levels in a epidemiology study of CKD. Methods one hundred and fifty one adults (age〉20) from Meiyuan community in Pudong New Area were randomly selected. All the participants were interviewed by questionaire and tested blood pressure, blood glucose, spot urine of albumin to creatinine ratio (ACR) (abnormal: ≥30mg/g) and spot urine NAG by terminal point method (abnormal: 〉24.5u/l). The data was analyzed by SPSS 11.5. Results Urine NAG was elevated in forty eight participants (31.6%), especially in old people. It was significantly higher in group of diabetes and albumin urine than in normal group. One way ANOVA analysis showed higher urine NAG in men than in women (P〈0.05). Conclusions Urinary NAG can help to screen out early CKD and early diabetic nephropathy.
