摘 要:综述了合成对叔丁基苯甲醛的方法的研究进展。氧化法包括以V及其助剂为催化剂的固定床高温气相氧化法、以三氧化二锰与硫酸形成的悬浮液为催化剂的低温液相氧化法及以对叔丁基甲苯为原料的电解氧化法;加氢法是以对叔丁基苯甲酸及其衍生物为原料的气相加氢工艺,详细描述了具有代表性的双金属Ru/Sn、MnO2/γ-Al2O3、Cu/YtO、Sn/金属氧化物及镧系元素/ZrO2等催化剂的制备、反应条件及反应结果,认为加氢法是较好的工艺路线。The present progress in synthesis methods of 4-tert-butylbenzaldehyde was reviewed. The oxidation methods including gas oxidation at high temperature in fixed bed with using V and its auxiliary agent as catalysts, and liquid oxidation at low temperature with taking Mn203 and H2SO4 as catalyst, and electrolysis oxidation from 4-tert-toluene. The hydrogenation method was a gas hydrogenation technology with using 4-tert-butylbenzoic acid and their derivatives as raw materials. The preparation of typical catalysts, such as Ru/Sn, MnO2/γ-Al2O3, Cu/YtO, Sn/metal-oxide and lanthanum/ZrO2 were described in detail, as well as the reaction conditions and results. It was conclude that the hydrogenation method was the better one.
