蝮蛇抗栓酶对冻伤家兔血液流变性的影响

摘　　要：本文现察了兔足重度冻伤后血液流变性的改变以及蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗对这些改变的影响。实验将家兔双后足置－２５℃９５％乙醇中造成重度冻伤．冻肢融化后给予 ０．２５Ｕ／ｋｇ体重加入 ２０ｍｌ／ｋｇ体重生理盐术中静脉点滴治疗。结果显 示冻伤后家兔血液粘度、红细胞数、红细胞比积及红细胞沉降率均增加，表明冻伤 引起机体血流变性质改变，血流变慢，而经蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗后，上述改变均呈不同程度的恢复，这对改善冻伤组织血液循环障碍的病变过程具有重要作用。The present study examines the changes of hemorheology in rabbits after forstbite. Both hind feet of rabbits were immersed in a cooling bath containing 95% alcohol maintained at a temperature of -25℃. The ahylysantinfarctase (0. 25U/kg body weight) was injected through the vein of ear. The blood samples were obtained from the femoral artery used for assay of hemorheology. The results showed that the blood viscosity, RBC count, hematocrit and RBC sedimentation rate were increased after frostbite. These changes were restored by administration of ahylysantinfarctase and it plays an important role to improve the disturbance of microcirculation following frsotbite in rabbits.
