摘 要:为了揭示低地球轨道环境中的原子氧对粘结固体润滑涂层摩擦学性能的影响,制备了MoS2/酚醛环氧树脂粘结固体润滑涂层,并在原子氧地面模拟设备中对其进行辐照。采用球盘摩擦试验机考察了辐照前后涂层的摩擦磨损性能,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X-射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析了辐照对涂层表面结构和组成的影响。研究发现,原子氧辐照增大了涂层的摩擦系数,降低了其耐磨性。表面结构和组成分析表明,原子氧辐照引起涂层中固体润滑剂MoS2发生部分氧化和粘结剂发生部分降解,使得涂层表面的O含量显著增大,而C含量明显降低。原子氧辐照引起的涂层表面结构和组成的变化是其改变粘结固体润滑涂层摩擦学性能的主要原因。MoS2-doped phenolic epoxy rosin-based bonded solid lubricating coatings wero prepared and irradiated by atomic oxygen (AO) in a ground-based simulation system, aiming at revealing the effects of low earth orbit environment on the friction and wear behavior of the rosin-based bonded solid lubricating coatings (RBSLC). The friction and wear behaviors of the coatings were evaluated using a ball-on-disc tribometer, while the surface structure and composition of the coatings were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It is found that AO irradiation causes increase in the friction coefficient and decrease in the wear resistance of the resin-based bonded solid lubricating coating. By structure and composition analysis, it is revealed that AO irradiation leads to the partial oxidation of the solid lubricant and the oxidative degradation of the phenolic epoxy resin binders in the coating surface, accompanied by the drastically increased O content and significantly decreased C content. It is just the changes in structare and composition of the coating surface induced by AO irradiation that contributes to the changed friction and wear behavior of the solid lubricating coatings.
