五味子总木脂素的分离纯化与体外抗肿瘤活性的研究

摘　　要：目的:对五味子总木脂素进行提取分离,并对该有效部位进行体外抗肿瘤作用初步研究。方法:通过硅藻土-索氏提取法分离纯化五味子总木脂素,采用MTT法测定总木脂素对人乳腺癌细胞系MCF-7、肝癌细胞系HepG2和人食管癌细胞系9706的体外抗肿瘤作用。结果:五味子总木脂素有效部位产率和含量分别为17.7%和11.7%,体外细胞实验表明该部位对人乳腺癌细胞系MCF-7、肝癌细胞系HepG2的抑制效果显著。结论:硅藻土-索氏提取法适用于五味子总木脂素的分离纯化,五味子总木脂素具有一定的体外抗肿瘤活性。Objective： To extract and purify total lignans from Schisandra chinensis and then investigate the inhibitory activity of the extracts on tumor in vitro. Method ： The total lignans from Schisandra ehinensis were isolated and purified with diatomite-Soxhlet extraction method, and the inhibitory effect of the total lignans were investigated by MTT assay on MCF-7, HepG2 and 9706 in vitro. Result： The yield and content of total lignans was 17.7 % and 11.7% , respectively. Significantly inhibitory activity was found in MCF-7, HepG2 malignant tumor cell lines. Conclusion： Diatomite-Soxhlet extraction method is capable of extracting and purifying total lignans. The total lignans from Schisandra chinensis has the anti-tumor activity on tumor cell in vitro.
