摘　　要：为赢得市场,棉纺企业寻求纺特细号纱方法,从粗纱喂入、牵伸罗拉、牵伸传动轮系、锭子卷绕等方面详细介绍了纺特细号纱对细纱设备及专件、器材的要求,指出纺制特细号纱,除原料选用、工艺配置、运转操作外,细纱设备状态至关重要,罗拉、摇架、锭子、钢领等,必须安装到位,保证平行度和垂直度,其它器材也必须状态完好,纱条通道光滑无毛刺,用小直径头部的专用纱管,使钢领板升降速度加快。To win over the market,the cotton mills are searching for methods spinning super fine yarn. Introduction is made to the qualification of the spinning equipment plus the accessories and the parts in process of spinning super fine yarn regarding roving feeding;draft roller, draft gears and spindle winding. Conclusion is made that performance of the spinning equipment is important in addition to material selection, process configuration, operation in process of spinning super fine yarn. The roller, top cradle, spindle, ring must be installed as required in good parallel and uprightness while other accessories are under good condition with the smooth route of yarn. Tubes with small diameters of ends makes ring bar going up or down quickly.
