摘 要:将IVP胶片通过扫描仪转换为数字化图像,对100例泌尿系统疾病的诊断数字化图像与原始IVP的比较,其中结石29例、肿瘤42例、囊肿5例、结核2例、先天性畸形5例、前列腺增生9例、其它8例。诊断正确率为88%和91%,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。诊断可信度为4.6分和4.77分(P<0.01),图像质量为4.6分和4.77分(P<0.01),差别均有明显的统计学意义。作者认为数字化图像与原始IVP胶片对泌尿系统疾病诊断正确率无明显差别。A total of 100 IVP films was digitized on a laser scanner, included calculi (29 cases), tumor (42 cases), cyst (5 cases), tuberculosis (2 cases), congenital anormalies (5 cases), benign prostatic hyperplasia (9 cases) and other diseases (8 cases). The diagnostic accuracies were 88 % for digital images and 91 % for original IVP films, there was no statistical difference (P>0.05). The reliabilities in the dignosis were 4.6 and 4.77 (P<0.01) while the image qualifies were 4.6 and 4.77 (P<0.01) respectively. The dignostic difficulties were 1.74 and 1.54 (P<0. 01) foreach, They all had evidently statistical differences. The authors think there were no evident differences in the diagnostic accuracy of urinary disease between digital image and original IVP film.
