摘　　要：目的了解农村老年人心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样方法在山东省农村抽取老年人603例,利用Kessler10量表对调查人群的心理健康进行测量,自制影响因素问卷,采用面对面访谈形式获取资料,应用累积logistic回归分析探讨农村老年人的心理健康影响因素。结果农村老年人心理健康评分为20.322±8.123,受躯体健康状况、与子女关系、经济状况、每周锻炼次数、两周内是否患病等因素的影响。结论农村老年人心理健康水平低。决策部门应关注经济收入低、躯体健康状况不好、与子女关系欠佳的农村老年人的心理健康,积极采取相应措施来改善农村老年人的心理健康状况。Objective To study the rural elders＇ mental health status and influencing factors. Methods Using stratified sampling and random sampling to select 610 rural elders from Shandong province. They were face to face surveyed by questionnaire and Kessler 10 scale. Then ordinal logistic regression was used to analysis the influencing factors of the rural eiders＇ mental health. Results The scores of the Kessler 10 for the rural elders were 20. 322±8. 123. Physiological health, the relationship between their children, economic condition, exercise frequency per week, whether ill two weeks ago could influence the mental health of the rural elders. Conclusion The mental heath of the rural aged people was bad. Decision-making departments should care abut those rural elders who have bad income, are bad in health, do not get well with their children. Different measures should be taken to improve their mental health level.
