摘　　要：JHX5230TJC型洗井车水处理系统中,非耐蚀材料制造的设备所采用的玻璃鳞片涂料防腐技术不适应江汉油区的使用条件,在使用过程中发生严重腐蚀。采取增加耐蚀内胆、更换防腐涂层等改造、维修措施后,收到了理想的效果,保障了设备的正常运转。For the water disposal system of JHX5230TJC type well flushing car, the anti--corrosion method by the use of glass flake paint for the equipment manufactured with non--resistant material is not applicable for the condition of use in Jianghan oil area, serious corrosion occurred in the system. After taking the measures of adding resistant internal bladder and replacing corrosion prevention film and so forth, the ideal anti-- corrosive effect for the system has been obtained, the normal work of the water disposal system can be guaranteed.
