摘　　要：目的:探讨社会支持系统在脑出血康复患者中的作用。方法:随机将患者分为两组,对照组20例为传统的医疗护理模式,观察组30例将社会支持系统与传统的医疗护理相结合,对两组患者的功能恢复情况进行比较。结果:两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:将社会支持系统与传统的医疗护理相结合,能明显降低患者致残率,全面提高其生活质量。Objective：To investigate the action of social support system on rehabilltation in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： Patients were randomly divided into two groups ,20 cases of the control group for traditional medical care model, the observation group to 30 cases of the traditional social support systems and medical care by combining of the functional recovery of patients were compared. Results： The two groups of patients with functional reeovery compared with the statistically significant difference （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion：The social support system with the traditional medical care combine to signifieantly reduce disability, improve quality of life.
