摘  要:目的:调查手术室护理服务质量的现状。方法:采用问卷调查方法对本院200例手术病人(除外全身麻醉病人),进行手术病人对手术室护理人员服务项目满意度的调查。结果:手术病人在术前、术中、术后不同阶段的服务需求及满意度不同。结论:在围术期不同阶段,有针对、有侧重的为病人制定护理措施,分阶段为病人提供人性化护理,可更为有效地改善病人预后。Objeetive: To investigate the operating patients' s satisfaction with nursing service of operation rooms. Methods:200 eases of operating patients (except of general anethesia) were investigated on their satisfaction with serviee of operation room nurses. Results:There was a significant difference of different stage of in operating patients' s nursing service earing operating patients of operation room. Conelusion:Operation room nurses should provide individualized service earing for the operating patients.
