摘　　要：经济失衡是世界经济运行中的一种特殊现象,已经存在相当长的一段时间。从第三次世界经济失衡的表现及特征、成因及持续性、调整方式等方面,对经济失衡的国内外相关研究最新成果进行总结。世界经济不能长期失衡,需要及早进行调整以避免经济失衡对世界经济的冲击。Economic imbalance is a special phenomenon in the world economy, which has existed for a long time. From the aspects of the performance, characteristics, causes, sustainability and the adjustment methods of the third world economic imbalance, a summary is made by the authors on the latest development of world economic imbalance by reviewing latest researches at home and abroad. The time period of the world economic imbalance should be shortened, and adjustment must be made as soon as possible to avoid the impact of the imbalance on the world economy.
