西南边疆民族村农户收入及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：由于居住环境、社会发育程度等特殊性,西南边疆民族村的农户行为有别于其他地区的农户,影响农户收入的因素可能存在差异。基于云南省红河哈尼族彝族自治州13个县(市)、223个村、2280户农户收入的微观数据集,使用两水平农户收入函数模型方法对农户收入的影响因素加以分析,并提出增加农户收入的政策建议。经验研究的结果发现:在农户资本要素禀赋中,农户生产性资本、劳动力平均受教育年限和劳动力是否接受过培训对收入具有显著的正向影响,而农户劳动力数量对收入的影响不具有显著性;在农户生产经营结构中,种植结构对收入具有显著影响,而农户是否兼业及非农就业对收入的影响无显著性。村庄的外部环境对农户收入有较大影响。The behavior of rural households of different from those in other regions because of the ethnic villages in China＇ s southwest frontier is specialty of their living environment and social development degree. The factors which influence their income might be different. Based on the micro -dataset of 2280 rural households in 223 villages of Hani and Yi nationalities autonomous prefectures which belong to 13 different counties in Honghe, Yunnan province, the influencing factors of the income of rural households are analyzed by using two - level rural household income function model. The results show： 1. Among the capital factor endowments, the productive capital of the households, average years the labor force is educated, and whether the labor force is trained have significantly positive influence on their income, while the quantity of the labor force for each household has no significance; 2. For the production and management structure of the households, income is significantly influenced by their planting structure, but not influenced by whether the household has a second career or non -agricultural employment; 3. The external environment of the villages has great influence on their income. Suggestions on increasing the income of the households are proposed.
