摘  要:目的:采用多指标正交试验法优选杜仲药材最佳盐炙工艺,为规范杜仲药材的炮制工艺提供技术参数。方法:采用正交试验法,以炮制品中松脂醇二葡萄糖苷含量、乙醇浸出物的量、炮制品外观性状为指标,考察炮制温度、炮制时间及食盐的浓度三因素对杜仲盐炙工艺进行优选。结果:炮制温度对试验结果有显著影响,而炮制时间及盐浓度对试验结果无显著影响,综合考察各因素的影响,盐炙杜仲的最佳工艺为:每1 kg杜仲药材喷洒2%盐水溶液拌匀润透,150℃炒制10 min。结论:本研究对规范杜仲的盐炙炮制工艺具有一定的指导和参考意义。Objective: To optimize and establish stir-bake with saltwater technology on Cortex Eucommiae by multiple indexes orthogonal test methods and to provide technical index on standardization of stir-bake with saltwater on Cortex Eucommiae. Methods: The orthogonal test was employed to determine the effects of the three factors including the concentration of saltwater, temperature and stir-bake time affiliated with three factors of the determination of pinoresinol diglucoside、the determination of alcohol extractive and appearance characters. Results: Temperature had notable effect on experimental results, but stir-bake time and the concentration of saltwater had no notable effects on the results. Consider the effects of three factors synthetically, the tempetature was at 150 ℃, stir-bake time was 10 min and adding 2% saltwater.Conclusion:The research is meaningful to standardization of stir-bake with saltwater on Cortex Eucommiae.
