摘　　要：针对马钢内河水运物流现状,通过分析存在的问题,阐述了优化物流运输对于企业深化降本增效的必要性、可行性,并从建立统一物流信息平台、推进物流业务整合、强化物流系统降本等方面提出了相应的对策建议。This paper analyzes the existing problems with inland water transportation based on its current status,and elaborates the necessity and feasibility for an entrepreneur to deepen its cost reduction and effectiveness increase via optimizing logistic transportation.Meanwhile,this paper puts forward with corresponding countermeasures against such aspects as establishing uniform logistic information platform,promoting integration of logistic business,and strengthening cost reduction for logistic system,etc.
