摘　　要：目的观察SpO_2-Allen's试验在桡动脉穿刺有创血压监测中的准确性及安全性。方法对外科加强医疗病房(SICU)的50例清醒危重患者,于桡动脉穿刺前、桡动脉穿刺后3天及拔除桡动脉导管后分别行Allen's试验和SpO_2-Allen's试验,检测尺-桡动脉吻合情况。结果桡动脉穿刺前行Allen's试验阴性患者为42例,而SpO_2-Allen's试验阴性患者为49例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。49例SpO_2-Allen's试验阴性患者均予以桡动脉穿刺,并于桡动脉穿刺置管后3天及拔管后行SpO_2-Allen's试验与Allen's试验均阴性,提示穿刺侧肢体末梢循环好。结论 SpO_2-Allen's试验简便、安全,假阳性率较低,且对患者配合度的要求低,SpO_2-Allen's试验可替代Allen's试验,且更适于病情危重、不能配合Allen's试验的患者。Objective To observe the safety and efficiency of SpO2 -Allen＇s test in peri -puncture radial artery cannulation for inva- sire blood monitor. Methods 50 patients were selected for the radial artery cannulation in surgical intensive care unit（SICU）. All of them were still sober. All of the patients were examined by SpO2 - Allen＇s test and Alien＇s test before radial artery eannulation,3 days after punc- ture and after pulling out the cannula. Res｜uts The results of Alien＇s test of 42 patients were negative,while those of 49 patients were nega- tive in SpO2 - Allen＇s test. Statistics difference existed between group of SpO2 - Allen＇s text and group of Allen＇s text （P 〈 0.05 ）. Radial ar- tery cannulation had been done in 49 patients. 3 days after cannulation and after pulling out the cannula,both SpO2 - Allen＇s test and Allen＇ s test were done and the results suggested that peripheral circulation on the side of punctured was well and radioulnar arterial arcades was un- obstructed. Conclusion The results showed that SpO2 - Allen＇s test could substitute for Allen＇s test in radial artery cannulation for invasive blood monitor in critical ill patients owing to less false positive rate, safety, simpleness. It is suit for patients who could not cooperate with physical examinations.
