摘  要:合成了咪唑封端异氰酸酯类水性聚氨酯,对其助染填充复鞣性能进行了研究,并将其与铬粉、DT-R788复鞣剂进行对比,考察了其对成革增厚率、收缩温度、助染性能、成革后各项物理机械性能的影响,并对沿背脊线方向皮纤维和垂直于背脊线方向皮纤维的分散状况进行了SEM形貌分析,试验结果表明:ARPU具有较好的鞣性、选择填充性和助染性能。The imidazole end - capped water - based polyurethane retanning agent ARPU was synthesized and applied in leath- er retanning. Its retanning, filling and dyeing properties were studied and compared with chromium powder and DT - R788 retanning agent. The effects of ARPU on the resulted leather in thickening, shrinkage temperature and auxiliary dyeing performance, as well as the physical properties were investigated. The dispersion of leather fibers along the back line and perpendicular to the back line was observed by SEM. The experimental results show that the ARPU has a good tanning and selective filling properties, and also exhibits a fair auxiliary dyeing ability.
