摘　　要：主要介绍了聚氨酯合成革工业的典型生产工艺及生产过程中,废水、废气、废渣等污染物产生的来源;从工艺替代、工艺优化、工艺改进和环境友好材料使用等角度,重点分析了相应的改进措施和污染物处理办法,为合成革的清洁生产技术的实施提供借鉴作用。The main pollution resuhing from wastewater, waste gas and waste residue in the typical PU synthetic leather making process were introduced. Meanwhile, inovative technology and pollution treatment method were put forward based on process substitution, process optimization and environment -friendly materials selection. The corresponding improvement and the pollution treatment methods were reviewed in detail. The purpose is to provide guidence for cleanr production of PU synthetic leather.
